We all have the chance to lead. The responsibility is huge and the rewards are rich. Here is a great quote from Thomas Paine; “Lead, follow, or get out of the way.” We really can not blame anyone else for our circumstances. It is our choice to decide to lead.
Any takers for the climb?
If we can remove the obstacles people will naturally grow and shine. We see it with children yet miss it as we grow. Enterprise Facilitation gets us back to the basics so we flourish.

These are some great assumptions. These are also accurate assumptions.
Matthew 7:16 states “Ye shall know them by their fruits…” The ‘fruit’ of Enterprise Facilitation is (very) good and exciting.
Step nine - believe in people (believe is a verb)

It sure is wonderful to realize more of our world. What a joy to understand we are free to live with peace-of-mind. Enjoy this enlightening tidbit (I do).
